Life
Groups help people grow spiritually by building relationships with
other Christians and by giving people a place to explore how the Bible
applies to their lives.
Where/When
- Most groups meet every other week, either at the church or at a
member’s home in Sienna Plantation. A few groups meet weekly.
Who
– Anyone, member or visitor, married or single, is welcome in our Life
Groups. Some Life Groups are based upon a common stage of life.
Several are kid-friendly.
What Happens – Life Groups participate in Bible study,
prayer, and fellowship. Meetings typically last 1.5 hours, with half
the time spent socializing and half the time spent discussing a Bible
passage.

What is the Alpha Course?
The Alpha Course is a thirteen-week series of "dinner and discover." It is an opportunity to share a free meal together and make friends while exploring the meaning of life and engage in spiritual discovery through stimulating discussion in a fun and non-threatening setting.
Anyone interested in learning more about the meaning of life and the Bible as a frame of reference is welcome to participate. Each week, there will be a short presentation about a spiritual topic, followed by honest discussion. You don't have to agree with everything you hear at Alpha. That is the wonderful thing - no question is considered too simple, too hostile or too personal. People of all ages, stages, and spiritual backgrounds will enjoy the Alpha Course.
